Day 70:  There is nothing scarier than the idea of leaving what is good for the hope of what may be exceptional.  What you do not realise, at that moment, is that you have already decided.  The path forward is now about to become comfortable with that choice, through all the mental gymnastics, justifications, explanations, and processing that it may bring.  In the end, you already know.  You are not finding your answers.  You are finding your courage. ~ Brianna Wiest (The Pivot Year)*

After a period of reflection and recalibration, I’m excited to share that we’re officially open for business. Not just any business — but one rooted in human depth and creativity, blending technology with what really matters: connection.

Over the next five days, I’ll be sharing the journey we’ve been on — exploring how we partner with clients to co-create cultures that adapt to an ever-changing world. It’s been an ongoing dance between innovation and reflection, and we’ve learned a lot along the way.

At the core of what we do, our mission is simple:

to prioritize human needs in technology evolution

I’ve been lucky enough to work alongside Jorge and Rich, two colleagues and friends who have inspired me in more ways than I can count. You’ll get to meet them as we unfold this journey over the week.

In a world that often races ahead, we take a moment to pause, listen, and ensure that meaningful connections remain central while we spark innovation and creativity.

Here’s a little preview of what’s to come:

  • Monday: "Meet the Fellowship" – Where friendship meets collaboration. Jorge, Rich and I have built something that runs deeper than business. It’s about trust, shared values, and complementing each other’s unique skills.

  • Tuesday: "The Yellow Brick Road" – Meet Jorge (Hola! I'm Jorge) and Rich (Well... I'm Richie), two incredible individuals whose paths have crossed and diverged in fascinating ways. They’ll share their stories and how they add something truly special to our trio.

  • Wednesday: "Two Ears, One Mouth" – Let’s talk about listening. In a world that moves fast, what does it mean to truly pause, listen, and reflect? I'll dive into how this mindset has shifted the way we collaborate and innovate.

  • Thursday: "King of the Road: Stop, Look and Listen" – We all make assumptions, but what happens when we state them openly and experiment? We’ll explore some common problems we see and how we help clients navigate them.

  • Friday: "Ground Control to Major Tom" – A reflective end to the week. We’ll revisit our mission and values, considering how to stay grounded in a world that’s constantly evolving — without losing sight of what matters most.

We're not here to bombard you with solutions, but rather to invite a conversation. So if anything sparks your curiosity, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s chat — whether you’re interested in joining the discussion, collaborating or just following along for the ride. Feel free to engage using the comments section below. Alternatively, book a private consultancy slot where we can focus on your concerns and challenges and find out if there is some way we can help.

Join us over the next five days. There’s much to explore together.
